With 12 points from from five games, Arsenal’s final group game — away to 2nd-place PSV Eindhoven (8 points), on Dec. 12 — will be inconsequential for Mikel Arteta’s side.
Wednesday’s victory got out of hand early, as Arsenal scored five goals in 33 minutes and seemingly everyone was itching to get in on the action.

Kai Havertz touched home the opener in the 13th minute after the ball deflected high into the air inside the penalty area, and Gabriel Jesus slotted a cool finish just eight minutes later to make it 2-0. Bukayo Saka redirected a rebound goalward with his thigh in the 23rd minute, and Gabriel Martinelli struck a sweet curler inside the far post after cutting in from the left wing in the 27th.
Less than 60 seconds into the second half, Arsenal were celebrating again after Martin Odeegard lashed a cross home from eight yards out. Jorginho got the sixth and final tally, from the penalty spot, in the 86th minute.
